How do you calculate the price for my book?

Pricing is based on word count, the type of editing required, and any additional services like cover design or marketing. After you submit an enquiry, we review a sample of your manuscript and provide a detailed, obligation-free quote within two business days. There are no hidden surcharges — the quote you receive is the price you pay.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. Many authors start with the Essentials package and later add cover design or marketing services. We simply adjust the invoice and timeline accordingly. Upgrading mid-project is seamless because our workflow is modular by design.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and PayPal. For projects over $2,000 we offer a 50/50 split — half upfront and half upon delivery. Custom payment plans are available for larger engagements; just let us know your preference.

Is there a refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied after all included revision rounds, we will refund the portion of the fee attributable to the service in question, minus any work already delivered and approved. Full details are outlined in the project agreement you receive before work begins.

Do you offer discounts for multiple books?

Yes. Authors publishing a series of three or more titles receive a 10% discount on each subsequent book after the first. We also offer loyalty pricing for returning clients who have completed at least one project with us previously.

How long does each package take?

Turnaround times are listed on each package card above. These are standard timelines for manuscripts up to the stated word count. Longer manuscripts or rush requests may require adjusted schedules, which we will discuss with you upfront so there are never any surprises.
